Use of the site

ASCII City is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may play it in your browser and share links to it. You may not resell the game, remove the attribution, or present the work as your own.

The game, its code, its generated city and all text on this site are © Thorsten Meyer. Parts of the code may be published under an open licence in the future; until then all rights are reserved.

Availability and changes

This is a prototype. Features may change, break or disappear without notice, and the site may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published here.

Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use. Mandatory statutory liability, including for intent and gross negligence, remains unaffected.

Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
